Evan Michael Rodrigues

A beloved son, brother and friend,  Evan was an engaging and handsome young man who brightened the lives of everyone he encountered, greeting them with his trademark wave and beaming smile. Those who knew him best say he was “the most real person” they ever met. Kind of heart, and gentle of soul, his hope was always for everything to “be OK.” Evan’s passions included basketball, music, Jordan sneakers, skateboarding, savoring time with friends and never being cheated out of the abundance of fun life has to offer.

Evan passed away in early January of 2014. He was only 19. Evan is greatly loved and dearly missed by his family, friends, and his community.

The Rodrigues family has established The EVAN Fund to celebrate Evan’s memory and create positive and lasting impacts in the lives of others. Evan’s parents, Stacy and Mike, and his siblings, Luke, Cassidy and Wes, are committed to honor their beloved son and brother by improving the life of at least one young man or woman.
